Harvest Table Runner

What a beautifully designed pumpkin in this harvest motif.  And the colors practically shout fall.  Can you get it done in time for this falls harvest?

Blustery Day On The Farm

Someone wrote to let me know I had left out the color chart for the Hummingbirds with Fuchsias in January on the 19th 2019.  So I had to find where that pattern came from and find the color chart.  In doing so, I realized I had left out this charming little scene!  And I am adding the color chart to the January post.

Third Bear- Sister Bear

And this is my favorite of the three, the sister Teddy Bear!  Or is it?  I do love the brother bear reading to his little brother.  And Christmas bear could use a friend, don't you think?

Second of Three Bears - Thadeus the Christmas Bear

This is the second bear, the photo of all three together has the second bear named the Christmas bear.  But on the pattern itself, it calls him Thadeus.  So I suppose he is Thadeus the Christmas Teddy Bear!

First of Three Awesome Teddy Bears

This is the first of three Teddy bears and this one is the Brother Bear.  The second one will be Thadeus Bear.  And the third one will be Sister Bear.  The brother and sister bears in this threesome are a couple of the patterns I have always wanted to do.  Like the awesome carousel rabbit!  Someday...

Twelve Cross Stitched Quilt Squares

This would be quite a project!  But I have seen some wonderful quilts with hand stitched faces and they are a treasure.  The only problem with this set is that they made a mistake and left out the pattern for the one of the squares, the one with the three little dolls.  But the pattern is fairly simple and with a bit of graph paper, I bet you could make a similar patch.
And of course, you don't have to make these into a quilt.  You could pick and choose with designs you like to make all kinds of small projects.  Like patches for the pockets of your jeans!

Who Doesn't Love Chocolate?

This wonderful assortment of chocolates almost look good enough to eat!  I wouldn't wait until Valentines Day to make this one.  You don't have to make them all or even make them in the arrangement shown.  The original suggested making them into individual buttons.

Spooktacular Halloween Decor

More Halloween themes!
This is a cool welcome sign for Halloween.  I love how even the bow conceals a spooky face.

If Harry Potter Had Had A Teddy Bear

When I saw this pattern again in my collection, the first thing that came to mind is that if Harry Potter had had a Teddy Bear and a child, wouldn't it have been a cute wizard like this two sided pattern!?

Patchwork Santa and Christmas Tree

I really like this Santa!  Because I am a quilter and I love that his coat is all patches.  The tree is lovely as well, sitting on a wagon in the snow.  Very creative!

Four Wild Ducks

I am an avid bird watcher and live close to a huge reserve where many species of all kinds of bird use as a resting spot on their yearly migrations.  Some stay and nest here, but most are just passing through.  Like the Pintail, Common Teal, and Canvasback.  I am happy to say that Wood Ducks can be found in this are year round and are a stunning sight to see.  Almost as wonderful as our population of White Pelicans.

Adorable Christmas Mouse Family

This little mouse family is such a delightful creation, I hope at least a few people consider making them again.

Teachers Are Special

Another one of my favorites that I used on one of my measuring charts.  I changed mine though, I turned the "picture" of the smiling sun into a tiny map of the USA.  I just tried to find a photo of mine, but I couldn't find it.  But I did find my altered copy of the pattern.  Before I had use of a scanner, I often made colored pencil copies of the patterns I used because I would bring my work with me and the originals would have been ruined by constant handling.

Botanical Fruit - The Apple and The Plum

June 6, 2019 update.  I found the pattern for the plum!  It is posted as a new post on June 6, 2019

Here is the apple in what is supposed to be a set of three.  The pear, the apple, and the plum.  I am going to include a blown up shot of the plum that is shown as part of the set in the previous post.  But I don't have the pattern for it.  It is clear enough though, that if you really wanted all three, I bet you could figure out what colors to use, etc.  I might even give it a try this winter.  My favorite fruit is pears, but I also love the prune version of plums.  You can't make prune from most plums, they have too much liquid in them.  But the flesh of the French Prune is dense and meaty and perfect for drying.
